Your stay with us
Medical Park – to us, this name entails a special commitment to the service and design of our facilities. We want our guests to be in harmony – with themselves and with their environment. With enough space also for their partners or relatives who can assist them in a speedier recovery.
We consider helping to be our privilege and our mission. We have created a very special atmosphere which combines individual needs with therapeutic requirements to ensure optimal therapeutic success.
As our patient we want to make the time you spend with us as enjoyable as possible. Whether in our swimming pool, sauna, library, hairdresser, beauty salon or in our Brentano lounge with Internet cafe and cosy inglenook fireplace, we aim to do everything to make sure you feel truly comfortable. Our Café Mendelssohn and the à la carte restaurant offer the perfect opportunity to meet warm, friendly people.
In addition to everyday essentials our Medical Park shop also sells newspapers and magazines, fashionable and functional clothes, therapeutic aids, typical regional produce and much more.
Alongside the leisure activities for guests and patients organised by our clinic, the beautiful landscape surrounding our clinic – the idyllic Lake Tegel and the proximity to the city of Berlin – invites patients and guests to relax or actively explore.

Your first days with us
We would like to give you an idea what your first days with us will be like, to make your start at Medical Park Berlin Humboldtmühle easier and to contribute to the success of your recovery:
Preliminary information
You will receive the most important preliminary information by post prior to your stay, together with travel instructions.
Check-in
When you check-in at reception you will receive all the important information, for example the opening times of the restaurant.
Tour of the clinic
Our staff will organise a tour of the facilities and familiarise you with our clinic.
Appointments on the first day
Your first day with us is dominated by the nursing and medical admission process and the development of your personal therapy plan.
Restaurants
Our patients make their meal choices for the next few days at their first meal in the ‘Restaurant Fontane’. You can select from several different menus and a varied salad buffet. Our dietician can assist you with specific dietary requirements.
Therapy plan, therapy times, doctors' visits
Your personal therapy plan will be ready for you on the morning after your arrival. Therapy treatments are generally scheduled between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. The doctor's visit is integrated in the therapy plan.
Excursion and events programme
An extensive events programme is provided on arrival in the guests' folder in your room. Our members of staff at reception are happy to take your registration for a particular event and answer any questions.
