Our quality management strategy
The quality management at Medical Park encompasses four distinct levels:

- The staff,
- Our processes
- Our efficiency.
We regard these areas as intrinsically interconnected. Our customers are our guests and patients. Their satisfaction is our ultimate goal. In order to achieve this, we need motivated and committed staff. We provide our staff with the necessary expertise and know-how by way of targeted training. Our work is wholly orientated towards the needs of our patients and guests. Our business model not only secures employment, but, more importantly, allows us to deliver the services which patients expect from Medical Park. This is the cycle of our quality management – a cycle, to which all staff feel committed from the executive board member to the temp.
