I will arrive by train or by plane, can you pick me up from the station or the airport?


Our shuttle service is happy to collect you from the local railway station or airport. Please let us know your time of arrival. 		 
 
 
 

Where can I park my car?


During your stay, you can use our chargeable undercover car park. Please book your place at reception when you arrive. 		 
 
 
 

Do I need to pay for treatment or therapies while I am there?


We are obliged on behalf of the health insurance companies (or pension companies) to request the co-payment for your inpatient treatment during your stay here. Please clarify in advance how many days you have already paid for in the acute hospital, and, if necessary, bring with you all your receipts for payments already made. 		 
 
 
 

How are the rooms appointed?


All rooms in Medical Park Berlin Humboldtmühle are stylishly furnished. They are wheelchair accessible, the beds are height adjustable and are equiped -as well as the bathroom- with an emergency call system.  Part of the standard equipment are a direct-dial telephone, a room safe and a free LCD-TV. You also find a cosy arm chair and a writing desk in all rooms.

Our elegante suites are equipped with a three-piece suite with coffee table, a dining table and a sideboard in carefully selected materials and with harmonized accessoires. 		 
 
 
 

What types of diet are catered for at Medical Park Berlin Humboldtmühle?


Diabetes diet, low-cholesterol diet, low-triglyceride diet, low-purine diet, weight-reducing diet, gluten-free diet, lactose-free diet, low-potassium or potassium-rich, low-protein or protein-rich diet, low-sodium diet, high-calorie diet, ALD-/AMN-beneficial diet, different levels of dysphagia diet, vegan diet, vegetarian diet, light full diet, full diet, pork-free diet. 		 
 
 
 

What is the temperature of the swimming pool?


Our swimming pool is heated to 31 degrees. 		 
 
 
 

Which specialist areas are treated?


Neurology, Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Sports Medicine, Internal Medicine / Cardiology 		 
 
 
 

What is the latest arrival time for patients?


We kindly ask our guests to arrive at 11 a.m. at latest. 		 
 
 
 

Can someone accompany me?


You are always welcome to bring someone with you! Please consult our current price list for the terms and conditions for accompanying persons. 		 
 
 
 

Are there visiting hours?


Visitors are welcome in our clinic between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., in accordance with the therapists. 		 
 
 
 

Is there Internet access?


All rooms have fee required internet access for labtops.
Free-of-charge Internet access is available for private patients in our Brentano Lounge. 		 
 
 
 

Are there laundry facilities?


A washing machine, washing powder and dryer are available for use in our laundry on payment of a small charge. The charge includes the use of the iron. 		 
 
 
 

Who are the contract partners? Which services are provided on their behalf?


The clinic is accredited in accordance with § 30 Gewerbeordnung (trading regulations) and eligible for financial assistance in accordance with § 6 no. 6 and § 7 of the relevant legislation (BHV).

The clinic is a contract partner of the

  • statutory health-insurance providers (§ 111 SGB V)
  • private health-insurance providers
  • trade associations (an application for the BGSW procedure for neurology and orthopaedics has been made)

The following services are provided:

  • early rehabilitation neurology phase B with intensive care unit and respirator option
  • rehabilitation aftercare treatments (neurology, orthopaedics and cardiology)
  • rehabilitation services (medical treatment)


For the Schlaganfallzentrum Berlin:

The clinic is accredited in accordance with § 30 Gewerbeordnung (trading regulations) and eligible for financial assistance in accordance with § 6 no. 6 and § 7 of the relevant legislation (BHV).

The clinic is a contract partner of the

  • statutory health-insurance providers (§ 111 SGB V)
  • private health-insurance providers
  • trade associations (an application for the BGSW procedure for neurology has been made)

The following services are provided:

  • early rehabilitation Neurology phase B with intensive care unit and respirator option
  • rehabilitation aftercare treatments neurology

Exclusion criteria for acceptance are:

  • simultaneous requirement for dialysis and artificial ventilation
  • unable to be transported
