Nursing care

Nursing has in recent years developed into a modern, independent health service profession with a multiple and varied task profile. Our nursing staff view their job as being beneficial to society in general, a job which they are also able to shape and form.

The principal goal of our patient care is to help to bring about a rapid recovery and/or help our patients to regain as much of their independence as possible. We view our active patient care as a form of therapy. The patient is taught how to take care of himself/herself again. All care needs are planned with the patient and his/her relatives, discussed, documented and analysed.

The involvement of relatives and other close friends has become an indispensable part of our rehabilitation programme. During the entire stay at our clinic a designated contact person will be at your disposal who is responsible for your well-being, and who will encourage a clear line of communication with your doctors and therapists.

The foundation of our nursing care is determined by the latest scientific findings. The adjustments of all care provisions to the individual needs of the patient are safeguarded by the professional competence of individual staff members, detailed handovers and ward rounds. Regular interdepartmental care team meetings and quality measurement occur on every ward.

Medical Park Bad Wiessee St. Hubertus offers you a very professional and motivated nursing staff who deliver a quality of care at the highest level. This is born out to be the case in nearly 100% of patient surveys.
