Manual and Osteopathic Medicine
Osteopathy as a discipline was set up by the American physician A. T. Still. Osteopathy comprises a range of different techniques, from the mobilisation and manipulation of joints (already familiar from chirotherapy), to myofascial therapy, functional therapy, visceral therapy, counterstrain therapy and craniosacral therapy.
All techniques lead to the identification and easing of blockages and tensions in the tissue, and stimulate the body's self-healing powers.

Acupuncture
Alongside neural therapy, we use acupuncture predominantly as a pain therapy, but it has also been successfully used in the treatment of nervousness and sleep disorders as well as a supportive measure in smoking withdrawal.
Of course, we try to accommodate our patients' individual wishes. As such, traditional Chinese medicine has become a regular fixture in our therapy provisions.
