Starters: Variation of salad with apple vinegar,cress and fresh vegetables
Roasted barbarie duck breast with field salad and potato-yoghurt-dressing
Tatar of pickled herring with slices of radish and chiabattachips
Soups: Berlin potato soup with crème-fraiche and chives
Iced cucumber soup with baked prawn
Main dishes: Pork scallop with roasted potatoes and small salad
Lambchop with chives crust, balsamicojus, pepper and rosemary polenta
Pasta with basil pesto, cherry tomatoes and parmesan
Fried pike-perch with potato-radishes salad
