Chef Rainer Siems was born in Wilhelmshaven and successfully completed his training to become a cook from 1986 to 1989. From Hanover to Münster, Leipzig and Nuremberg, he has perfected his knowledge and indulges lovers of plain, simple cooking just as much as those of high-end gastronomy.
