Checklist for your arrival
Important - please make sure that you bring the following:
- All medical reports and x-ray images; please put them in your hand luggage.
- Any medication that you take all the time – in sufficient quantities for the first few days. Please pack them in your hand luggage.
- Visual aids (glasses, contact lenses)
- Hearing aid
- Splints, prostheses, corset, support stockings and similar
- Walking aids and your own wheelchair (if needed)
- Your health insurance card
- Comfortable everyday wear
- Comfortable shoes, slippers, possibly sports shoes or trainers
- For mobile patients: sturdy footwear for walking
- Sports clothes (for patients who have difficulties getting dressed, sports clothes without interior lining)
- Swimming trunks or costume, bathing sandals, large bath sheets for the pool area
- Radio or clock radio
- Credit cards (EC card / VISA / Eurocard / MasterCard / American Express)
And another tip! Have you asked for your daily paper to be forwarded? On your arrival, we are also happy to take your order for a daily paper at reception. How can I be contacted? You will be given the telephone number of your room when you check in on the day of arrival.
In the rooms on our private ward, we also provide you with:
- Bathrobe
- Hair dryer
- Towels
Should there be anything that you've forgotten or that you require during the course of your stay, our shop offers a wide range of toiletries, newspapers and magazines, sweets, clothing, therapeutic aids and other everyday necessities.
