Check list for your arrival
The following list should help you prepare yourself for your arrival in order to ensure that your stay with us is as stress free as possible.
Clothing:
- Formal clothing appropriate to the time of year
- Jogging or sports training suit and indoor sport shoes (possibly outdoor walking shoes as well)
- Bath robe
- Swimsuit, bathroom slippers
Medical documentation / medication / aid appliances:
- Health insurance card
- Current medical reports, medical correspondence etc.
- Current ECG scans or x-rays
- Current medication that you might need
- Any necessary aids u might need at present (e.g. crutches, wheelchair, prostheses, corset, orthopaedic cushion or other)
Other items:
- EC debit card
- Bank details: HypoVereinsbank, Miesbach, Acct No. 330612517 at BLZ 71120077,
- Any financially relevant documentation that would secure a smooth administrative process for the patient.
In the room you will find:
- Towels
- Bag for items that might be needed for treatments
- Free TV
- Telephone
Your personal telephone number:
You will receive your direct-dial room telephone number upon arrival.
If you have forgotten to bring any item or require some item during your stay you might find them at reception which stocks a selection of toiletries, clothing, newspapers and magazines.
