Check list for your arrival
We highly recommend that you bring the following items:
Clothing:
- Your normal daily clothing appropriate for the time of year (e.g. when taking walks)
- Jogging or sports training suit and indoor sports shoes
- A large bath towel (all other towels are provided by the clinic)
- Swimsuit, bathrobe, bathroom slippers
Medical documentation / medication / aid appliances
- Health insurance card
- Current medical reports, medical correspondence, etc.
- Current ECG scans or X-rays
- Current medication that you might need to take for the first few days
- Any necessary aids you might need at present (e.g. crutches, wheelchair, prostheses, corset, orthopaedic cushion or other)
Other items
- Timely submission of your patient questionnaire by mail
- Payment of required deposit to: A/C No. 330612479 at HypoVereinsbank, Miesbach, BLZ 71120077, IBAN DE 85711200770330612479. Guests are also welcome to pay the deposit upon arrival.
- Any financially relevant documentation that would secure a smooth administrative process for the patient.
A further suggestion:
Have you thought about arranging a forwarding request for your daily newspaper? Or you may order your preferred newspaper at reception upon arrival.
Your personal telephone number:
You will receive your room telephone number upon arrival.
If you have forgotten to bring any item or require some item during your stay you can purchase these in our Medical Park shop which stocks drugstore items, clothing, newspapers and magazines and other items for daily consumption.
