Medical Park Bad Rodach
Centre of competence for aphasia
Since October 2008, the Medical Park Bad Rodach Clinic has boasted the first competence centre for aphasia in Germany. It offers intensive aphasia therapy, with at least two hours per day and per patient.
The competence centre for aphasia is orientated towards the diagnostics, therapy planning and intensive therapy of patients with language processing and motor speech disorders (aphasia / dysarthrophonia / speech apraxia) after a stroke, cranial/brain trauma, tumours and other disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system.
